025: Sailing, Racing and the Best of the Hauraki with Stephanie Haden

Having almost drowned twice as a child, no one thought Stephanie would grow up to love the ocean. Now she spends all her time outside of work sailing, scuba diving or having adventures with the community she's found through those activities. Stephanie Haden shares stories from racing, where they had to do repairs mid-race behind Whakaari, White Island. She currently sails on a 114 year old classic yacht with an all female crew. Steph shares her experiences in a male domainated sport and what she envisions the future will be like for women in sailing. Thank you so much for tuning in and coming along for the ride.
