Friend of the show Steve Shaw returns to inspire us! What's he been up to? Running, running, and more running! He tells us about the documentary he's working on, 96 Hours, that follows Steve and his wife (two novice runners) as they attempt to complete a 100 mile run in a year's time. He talks about the challenges of becoming a distance runner and how supporting a cause can be the strongest motivator.
