Greatness is rare. The replacement of greatness being great is even more rare. Scholars agree that the 1987 John McTiernan film Predator, is the greatest film ever made. And while Predator 2 was a valiant effort to recapture lightening in a bottle, for the most part all those who have followed have been a far cry from the original. So it should come as no shock to any of you that the news of a Predator prequal taking place in the 1700s, with a female lead, had a lukewarm reception from Buzzn The Tower. However as 80s film historians we must review this potential dumpster fire and give our two cents. And that’s exactly what we're going to do.
