Inside the fund targeting 7% return from the homeless

Earlier this week I spoke with Simon Chisholm, CIO of Resonance. The firm has launched a fund investing in properties to lease to women’s organisations and homelessness charities. The Women In Safe Homes fund has already received £15.5m from founding investors, with social impact investor Big society capital committing £10m at launch.
