#91 - Coaching the mental side of the game: Steve Sebolt

Steve Sebolt is a mental fitness coach from the east coast who helps individuals establish their principles, passion, and purpose. Steve has utilized the Focus Cycle framework within his own life and has also seen it give his daughter a set of tools to overcome negativity on the lacrosse field. Steve reached out to us about partnering with Mental Training Plan in his own practice, but we ended up learning so much from each other that we asked him to join us on the show. In this episode, Steve sheds some light on his own journey of battling negative self-talk as well as some of the tools and skills he has developed along the way and now utilizes with the individuals he works with.  Here is a link to his website that was mentioned during the showFearless Performances - https://www.fearlessperformances.com/Contact Steve - steve@sebolt.netBen's book Focus Cycle: Controlling your mind and body in Big Moments can be found on Amazon.
