Episode 2 - Billy Craig on Covid-19

Episode 2 of the Conscious Breathing Podcast I’m excited to have Billy Craig. Billy started his career as an engineer for Rolls Royce where he developed the analytical understanding of how things work while not relying on assumptions but in measuring and validating. After being hit by a drunk driver and almost losing his ability to walk he was motivated to move into the fitness industry which helped restore his health and get back closer to sport. He is now a UK based independent health and nutrition researcher while completing his PHD focusing on disordered eating, compensatory behaviours, learned helplessness and metabolic adaption.
