Take a Trip Down to Mexico with Cerveceria Transpeninsular

We’re headed down South, virtually! Jeff sits down with Richard Price, Assistant Manager at our Miramar location, and longtime friend of our guest, Collin Corrigan, owner of Cerveceria Transpeninsular.

Collin talks about his beer journey from simply “knowing that beer comes in a can” to opening his own brewery, Transpeninsular. The three discuss some of Colby’s original brews, fun trips down to Ensenada, and how the craft beer industry has developed in Mexico over the years, with Transpeninsular dubbed the “official bi-national brewery of Mexico.”

Later, Chef Chuy joins us with another beer and food pairing. This time, he is keeping it light and healthy with a gluten free, vegan ceviche recipe, perfect for pairing with a Longfin Lager.
