In 2019 his revenue will approach 2 million dollar at a 40+% profit margin. He works less that 28 hours per week, has a total of 4 operatories with 3 FT hygiene columns, and accepts PPO’s. He started Million Dollar PPO Coaching and Consulting in 2010 in order to help dentists understand and grow their businesses in today’s new and challenging environment. He believes in profitability through efficiency. He and his coaches have helped hundreds of practices throughout the US grow and thrive. He lectures nationally on practice management, CAD CAM integration, and the business of Dentistry.
