My guest today is Alison RomanAlison is a cook, writer and author. Her first book - Dining In – a best selling cookbook of recipes she calls “highly cookable”. Now there’s a much anticipated second cookbook: called Nothing Fancy. Alison is a contributor to Bon Appetit magazine and has a regular column in the New York Times.Described as the New York Nigella, with well over 200,000 followers on instagram.
