We chat about the practical integration of faith and positivity, the importance of difficult conversations, and the power of metaphors in communication. Jon shares his model for having difficult conversations, which includes focusing on the mission, telling the truth, assuming positive intent, maintaining respect, and establishing rules of engagement.
