Fresh accusations of Russian war crimes

A new report from Human Rights Watch details numerous alleged crimes by Russian forces against civilians in northern Ukraine. Among them are 22 apparent summary executions and nine other unlawful killings. Meantime, in Kyiv, the first Russian war crimes trial since Moscow's invasion has begun. A 21-year-old Russian soldier accused of killing a 62-year-old man has pleaded guilty.
