Nashville // Mark Shusterman (Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats)

This is a first for the podcast... Not only are we joined by a bad ass musician today, but also a bad ass chef. Mark started working in restaurants as a cook when he was 19 while building his career in music. Soon enough music took over, but touring is a pretty great excuse for him to visit some of his favorite restaurants and favorite chefs around the world.  I had a great time talking with Mark and hearing about what we're all so used to doing from the perspective of a chef and musician.
