Prolonged Adjustment Disorder

As most of us know, there's no manual on how to heal after a loss. Some people just seem to get on with it, they move through their grief and before you know it are back into life again. However, there are a few who have a hard time adjusting to their new normal, they may feel left behind or stuck, some feel like they are in limbo, they don't know where to turn or what to do, everything has changed and they can't get used to it. If that sounds like you, listen to this week's podcast episode where I'm talking about prolonged adjustment disorder. Enjoy!
