Victor Casale is the co-founder of MOB Beauty, a brand focused on creating pro quality makeup with non-irritating ingredients in reusable and recyclable packaging. But before he started MOB, Vic helped launch MAC Cosmetics as the Chief Chemist/Managing Director and then went on to create CoverFX as the brand’s Chief Innovation Officer. NBD.
