She’s been recognised by the International Association of Women in Policing as the longest-serving female police officer in the world. While there has been monumental change in society in her 50 years of service - her dedication to helping the victims of sexual assault and family violence has remained steadfast as has her advocacy for the advancement of women in policing and in the broader community.
