121. Jenny Radcliffe: Improving security by social engineering (IN ENGLISH)

Jenny Radcliffe is often called "the human hacker". Her job is to explore security vulnerabilities by hacking her way into buildings, offices and computers - most often without the use of advanced technology. Instead, she practices social engineering and an expertise in body language to get people to do as she wishes. These companies are usually also her clients, eager to know where the weak links are in the organisation. As a keynote speaker at Internetdagarna/The Internet Days 2019 in Stockholm, Jenny elaborated on how easily we can be manipulated and how we can improve our security culture in the future.
