Listener email: Medics 'take a lot of abuse!'
A listener got in touch: 'I work for a group of Doctors online and we are working flat out to help and assist people as are our fantastic Doctors. We are doing our best to refer people for testing as well as all other illnesses and complaints that people have - but we take a lot of abuse!!' Ciara chats to Dr Phil Kieran and hears from listeners.
