All of that vanishes when that employee walks out the door. In many cases, retaining employees is achievable with the right set of tools aimed at employee engagement. He is also a New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author. In October he released his most recent book, Crave: You Can Enhance Employee Motivation in 10 Minutes by Friday. Between his title and the title of the book, I think we can safely say that we are good hands when it comes to employee engagement.
