More about Massimiliano Brambilla: He is the owner of Vigne Olcru; a very charismatic man who was the CEO and Vice President of a large electronics and electrical engineering corporation that was listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, with 24 plants in 18 countries, 2000 employees - but truly he’s a very passionate soul who has now dedicated his life along with his brother to working with universities and putting effort into researching pinot noir clones, farming methods, satellite technology and even neuroscientific experiments on wine drinkers! Co-Moderator -Paul Bologna IWA Paul is a native to Southern California and a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Economics and began his wine career working in Napa Valley and then started a long fruitful career working as a sommelier for the JW Marriott and the Ritz-Carlton resort brands. Paul has had many wine experiences in Italy from working in production to taking UC Davis students on tours to wine estates. He is now a VIA wine ambassador and is looking forward to spreading the word about the quality of Italian wines as he travels the world with his free hotel rooms for life benefit.
