What is thinking without limits? Here’s an example: you are going after a prospect but they’re also looking at your other competitors. If you think with limits, you might think I need this prospect, I have to do whatever it takes to get this deal. This could mean changing your processes or business strategies in order to get them. You’re limited in thinking this is the only prospect out there. Thinking without limits is thinking beyond this one prospect. There are hundreds, thousands of other prospects out there so you don’t need to change your business and processes in order to get one.
