Patrick Lyoya & America's Broken Probable Cause Standard
Yesterday a MI trial judge ruled that probable cause existed to bring Police Officer Christopher Schurr to trial on a charge of second-degree murder in the shooting death of violently non-compliant suspect Patrick Lyoya.
