S1 Ep10: Ben Shephard - "Find a job you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life"

This week on Monday Mile I head to West London and the beautiful open space at Richmond Park, to meet Ben Shephard. We chat all things work, the importance of fitness in his life and how he manages to find the best version of himself not only when on our TV screens, but also when spending precious time at home with his family. He's paved his own way from quite literally "dancing in a leotard" to hosting the crowd at the London Olympics in 2012.  Now fronting GMB, hosting Tipping point and of course to where I first met Ben, which was on the set of Ninja Warrior.  What I really enjoyed about this Monday Mile, was learning just what it takes to be at the top of your game in the media space. We as the public get to see Ben working from 6am on GMB, but we don't get to see behind the scenes and the rigorous hours of commitment to his craft. It's inspired me, and I hope it inspires everyone to keep chasing their own dreams.
