On December 31st, real estate solutions provider Boustead Projects announced that it established a private business trust, Boustead Industrial Fund. In reaction to the news, CGS-CIMB raised its target price on Boustead Projects to S$1.33 from S$0.95 previously, reiterating an "add" call and also flagging the possibility of special dividends in the near term.
