"Depression for free!" Inspiring story of Stefan Siepmann

- Did you know that 90% of serotonin is produced not in the brain but in your digestive tract? - Did you know that some people just do not produce enough serotonin by default? - Did you know there’s a way to handle depression and learn from it? Listen to Stefan Siepmann’s story. He is a certified yoga teacher and he’s been going through cycles of depression since he was 25. “I am 25 – I was on antidepressants for the whole year until my condition stabilized” 2011 – I feel the same but antidepressants don’t work anymore 2015 – I am hit by depression again, and I choose to try a different, more holistic approach… And the story begins… Share this with anyone you know who needs support. Listen to them. Give them a hand. Spread the message. Depression is not a diagnosis for life, but it can hit anyone. You never ask for it but it might be served daily. Natalia Tokar. Om Podcasten

Hi, I'm Natalia Tokar, and I am not a native speaker.I created the methodology and the system of exercises to achieve native-like fluency in English because I couldn't find it anywhere. I've always been driven by the idea of effortless mastery and virtuosity. I learn new skills with one simple idea in mind - I want to be able to apply them in my everyday life situations, specifically in my spontaneous conversations with native speakers. To do so, I need to master the fundamental skills of building relationships in a foreign language. Native-like fluency is all about being able to be yourself and belong with others in every conversation, because every conversation is an opportunity to nurture the relationship.I say that effort must be effortful, where effort brings joy. My approach is based on following deliberate practice routines and receiving human feedback. Become a daring learner who can learn directly from the source and seek feedback from more advanced learners. When you know how you learn, you can create your own curriculum. I am an educator with 17 years of teaching experience and a creative business owner with 10 years of experience in global sales & cross-cultural communications.I share the methodology and my own practice routine in the community of practice and in the online programs that I create. WebsiteCommunity Hosted on Acast.
