It was an absolute delight to have Kate Wood as a guest. She has an amazing story and an even more amazing attitude. She always tried to make the best out of every situation she found herself in and she always learned something; as she puts it - "to push yourself out of the comfort zone you have to take something from every single thing you do, even if you don't want to do it. That's what sets people apart - it's the attitude and energy." After she took Chess from 63rd to 1st in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work for in the UK and retain their place in the list for 10 years, she decided to launch Pockets Consultancy where she sells Culture as a Service.
