314: The Surprising Power of Business Experiments with Stefan H. Thomke

When I think back to my time in college, I can’t help but think about how much of that time I wasted.
So much so that I ended up dropping out of college after about two years in (Sorry Butler, it’s not you…it’s me).

I would eventually return, studying a different discipline and, interestingly, did far better the second time around.
There were many reasons my next attempt at school would turn out far better, not the least of which was now I was paying the bill.
All that wasted time from long ago makes me truly appreciate the conversations I’m able to have on a weekly basis, especially when those conversations include the likes of Harvard professors. Like now.
Today, we’re joined by Stefan H. Thomke whose latest is a book called Experimentation Works: The Surprising Power of Business Experiments.
You should also check out his first book.
With Experimentation Works, Stefan guides you through best practices in business experimentation, illustrates how these practices work at leading companies, and answers some fundamental questions.
