Since joining Real Life in Feb 2020 Reema and Haps have managed to grow their portfolio from owning 1 HMO to many properties worth over £1.7 million ( Increasing to £2.7m in Q2 2021). Once current builds are finished they will have 38 units on rent meaning they have achieved their goal of having 10k cash flow per month much earlier than expected!
