EP. 27 | Relight Your Fire | Outdoor Learning with Nick Barrett

In this episode, I am joined by Nick Barrett, CEO at The Outward Bound Trust. Nick’s work at the Outward Bound Trust, like many charities, was transformed during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, his and the charities mission remained the same. During the episode, we talk about the innovative ways that Nick was able to cut costs and alter the work performed by the charity to continue to meet the needs of children and young adults. His unique perspectives on the legacy of the charity are worth the listen as he alludes to how a greater purpose can provide clarity in the short term.
