The Pause

I'm back! And have I got a story for you...After months of an important pause in my life, I bring you all of my lessons and insights. Sometimes when things are just not working it's a good idea to step back in order to gain perspective. In this episode I will give you the lowdown on the personal growth work involved in just stopping something in your life that's just not working. Lots of tips for how to get out of unhealthy dynamics or patterns, take a relationship break, and stop overworking.
