136. Monthly Medicine: October is Completion

October is a powerful month for completions, for laying things down on the fire that no longer serve us, and/or have been dead for a long time. This month invites us to walk away from who we thought we were, and what we thought we were, for who we *actually* are. Who are we becoming? What are we growing up to be? There is much that we will be leaving behind and discarding in October, thanking and blessing it for the work it’s brought us, for the treasure it’s laid at our feet. It's a huge time of maturation and evolution, one that is inviting us into a big inner harvest cycle, where we get to decide what we will keep, what we are ready to compost, and how we can surrender to the things we cannot control. C/W: The content in this episode contains references to chronic pain, grief, anxiety, abuse, inherited generational patterns.
