Tas Foods are trying to cope with a quickly changing food market after the milk division lost a lot of restaurant customers and the demand for chicken has dropped dramatically, and Tasmanian fisher Leigh Castle says he's been able to head out to southern waters to catch some shark because of guaranteed sales over Easter.
