Juglar kindly shared a portion of his day to explain how competitions that exclude international judges in favor of local experts reveal that what the gastronomic world thinks and what the professional tea world thinks are quality tea leads to some “very interesting differences.” Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/tea-biz/donations Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
