Domestic cricket on a global stage Men and Women

From North to South, the Northern Hemisphere to the Southern Hemisphere the County Championship produced enough content to keep us going for weeks just in the space of four days. England test captain Joe Root led with a century for Yorkshire but what about the Ollie Pope double hundred at the Oval, Kiran Carlson century in each innings for Glamorgan and Ollie Robinson taking 9 wickets for Sussex. James Bracey helped Gloucestershire take the bragging rights in the West Country, Mohammad Abbas, Matt Critchley, Simon Harmer, a fired up Stuart Broad v Sam Hain, Tim Bresnan, Hassan Azad, Sam Evans and much more. The ball of the century 2 from Matt Parkinson caused Shane Warne to sit up and take notice and Marnus Labuschagne spoke of his time in county cricket after helping Queensland lift the Sheffield Shield. We link up with Australia to see what if anything we can learn from their domestic game both men and women. All of that plus Tim Murtagh and Jade Dernbach talk all things Middlesex and Surrey ahead of their clash at Lord’s.
