Episode 234: Simplicity: Time Part 1 - The Cosmic Joke
Time is an incredibly vast topic and an unparalleled mystery. And today, brothers, we’re going to dive deep into life’s great illusion. But first, you’d do well to remember that everything that exists is a thought. We manifest everything through our minds first, and that is why we cannot separate ourselves from thought. Now, time moves horizontally in our minds through fear. That is our linear understanding of time, which ultimately leads to our end, to death. This is the Great Fear, this is what we spend our entire lives running away from. We create the Great Illusion that time will never run out as a coping mechanism for our fear. But time always ends, brothers. And that is why every religion has its own story about what happens after death because to free ourselves from the fear of death is to liberate ourselves from all fear. When we process time with love, we do it vertically in our hearts. This is how we can be present in every moment and live a life without fear. And brothers, presence is where true power lives. There is no fear when we are living in our experience; there is no fear when the movement comes from within. Brothers, here’s something that might sweep you off your feet: nothing is ever really occurring. Everything we experience is a fabrication of our minds leading us away from our fear of death. This is the cosmic joke. There is no progress or growth or evolution. Legacy is an illusion. Death is an illusion.
