During his decade long career he has finished in the top 1,000 on five occasions and has three more season ranks in the top 10,000.
We caught up with him during the 2019/20 season and on course for another great finish.
In his chat with Joe, Tom reveals how ignoring team value has helped him do so well. This means he leaves transfers to the last minute and is also unafraid to ditch a player who he has profit tied up in.
