New Year New ~Fitness~ Goals

Welcome back to my ~glamorous~ life!!!!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Every year I set a specific list of (unrealistic) goals, I spend many hours making this list and even more hours harping on myself as I don't complete these goals.  The easiest goal to get sucked into is a fitness goal, gyms and diet companies thrive this time of year.  I discuss my past goals of exercising 3x a week, running a 10k and half marathon, swimming once a week, etc. and how this year I've decided against that. I am taking things slow and setting more realistic and obtainable goals for myself.  It has been a bit since I have recorded and its my first solo episode since October, so I was so nervous, I don't think I ever actually mentioned my true goal... This year I am prioritizing my mental health as much as I do physical. I am focused on exercising my mind and moving my body. I am no longer focused on reps, time spent, how much I am exerting myself. I am prioritizing not feeling shame for any exercise (how little/small), what my body needs and how I am feeling mentally as well as physically. ....I didn't even mention diets yet, but we'll get there  Thank you to Sam @SamCPT11, Amanda @AmandaLynnHewitt, Bianka @BiankaZee and Victoria @VicOnVeggies for all of your words of wisdom.
