Staying Focused When Competitors Want to Chat

Today's golf psychology session helps you understand how to stay focused when your competitors want to hold conversations.  This can be distracting, but one should relax one's focus between shots anyway.  So, having conversations between play is fine, as one shouldn't be thinking too much between shots - on the Course. It's also okay to tell your opponent that you would prefer to concentrate on your game and have silence.  The important thing is to discover what allows you to concentrate best on your game and then follow this through. Dr. Patrick Cohn, author of The Mental Game of Golf and The Mental Art of Putting, helps you think like a winner and gain confidence in your putting routine.
