In this episode, we have special guest Dr. Robi Sonderegger on. Dr. Robi is a clinical psychologist who has traveled the world speaking publicly as well as dealing with those who have suffered trauma in some of the most war torn areas of the world. Mental health and wellness is a common known term, but we coined a new term to describe how to be both mentally wealthy and well all at the same time. Why did we coin the term wealthness? Because there are a lot of people who have wealth, but they are not well. There are a lot of people that are well, but they don't have wealth. Why not have both? That is what this podcast is about. This 2 part series will look at 7 pillars of mental wealthness. In this episode we go into redefining mental health and we cover 3 of the 7 pillars. The first 3 pillars are: 1. Food and Mood 2.
