70. Being a Book Doula & A Real Mama Chat with Betty Larrea

Her second time on the podcast, Betty Larrea is the founder of Be Yoga Be Love and provides her yoga and arts curriculum, author visits, enrichment programs, staff development training, and events for children, families and educators in schools, libraries, bookstores, and yoga studios throughout the country. Betty is also a book doula who offers mentoring for aspiring children’s book authors. In addition to sharing her expertise in her field, Betty and Jessica get real and talk about their experiences of motherhood. They openly share their expectations versus realities of parenting, and their biggest triggers and how they handle them in the moment and afterwords. They hope that this honest and raw conversation helps other parents out there realize they are not alone. Parenting in hard AND amazing and we are all in it together. Listen in NOW!
