The Over-Medicalisation of Women’s Health

In this episode, we explore how women’s health has become over-medicalised and the ways this impacts how we view our cycles, symptoms, and overall well-being. From historical stigmas to cultural shifts that have distanced us from our natural rhythms, we uncover why so many women feel disconnected from their bodies. We discuss how the medicalisation of normal processes like menstruation and menopause has led to unnecessary interventions and a loss of autonomy, often dismissing holistic approaches or the wisdom of our bodies. You'll learn why this trend can be harmful and how reconnecting with the divine feminine can bring balance, empowerment, and healing. To help you take control of your health and reconnect with your natural cycles, we share three practical tips:* Create space for self-awareness by tracking your cycle and tuning into your body’s signals.* Explore holistic methods like journaling, mindfulness, and energy healing to enhance well-being.* Reclaim your connection to the divine feminine by embracing the power and intuition that comes with understanding your body’s natural rhythms. This episode is a powerful reminder that your body is not a problem to be solved—it’s a partner to be nurtured.
