Episode 40 with David Hamilton: Love is the Seed

This week on The Quiet Life, Dr. David Hamilton shares his views on how love and empathy are the seed from which compassion grows and kindness blossoms. He speaks candidly about times he's faced challenges in his life and what helped him to stay curious, highlighting the fact that we are all human - there are moments where a simple act of kindness truly can keep us going.  David uses science to inspire. He has a PhD in organic chemistry and spent 4 years in the pharmaceutical industry, developing drugs for cardiovascular disease and cancer. Inspired by the placebo effect, he left the industry to write books and educate people in how they can harness their mind and emotions to improve their health. As he shares in this episode, he bridges the gap between science and spirit, and has written 10 books in the hopes to guide others to find their own path the way he has found his. David is an advocate for kindness and is working passionately to help inspire a kinder more empathetic world.
