Camillo Spinoso holds the positions of Leasing & Business Development for Spinoso Real Estate Group. Mr. Spinoso works closely with his father, Carmen D. Spinoso in all facets of Business Development while also actively involved as a member of the Leasing Department focusing on Permanent Leasing across Spinoso Real Estate Group’s portfolio of properties. Camillo grew up in the industry, being mentored by his father since childhood and has had the opportunity to observe and participate in numerous leasing meetings, tenant meetings and site tours at properties across the country, acquisition meetings with various capital groups, and multiple ICSC conventions building relationships with a wide array of national retailers. Prior to joining Spinoso Real Estate Group, Camillo held an Associate Broker at EXR Brokerage, the top boutique commercial brokerage firm in Brooklyn, NY. During his tenure at EXR, Camillo worked closely with the most prominent landlords in Brooklyn to lease the highest profile new development projects in the borough. Camillo completed the third largest lease in the month of November 2018 for all of New York City when signing a 50-year lease with supermarket chain Foodtown Supermarket at All Year Management’s Rheingold Brewery Development in addition to numerous other transactions.
