In our final episode of a weeklong tribute to Saveur, we speak with the magazine’s current editor and CEO, Kat Craddock. Kat has a long history at the publication, including serving as Culinary Director. In 2022 she was able to buy the publication full stop, and she is currently in the process of bringing back a print edition.
