WARBIRD RADIO – Amy and Kara welcome guests Chris Henry and Hal Bryan from the EAA to discuss their new book “The Final Mission”. The book is a collection of stories of the veterans who have flown on their B-17 “Aluminum Overcast”.
These heart-warming and heart-wrenching stories weave together the imagery of what it was like for the people involved with the B-17 during WWII. Including the women who did their part to help the war effort with the Red Cross, WASP, and the Rosie the Riveters.
