7. Norman Buckley // Director & Producer
Today on What's My Frame? I'm chatting with Director Norman Buckley. Norman's career includes Pretty Little Liars, Charmed, Quantico, Chuck, Gossip Girl, and The OC just to name a few! He is co-executive producer / producing directors on Netflix's series Sweet Magnolias. To date he has directed over 100 episodes of television. Norman's episode of The OC "The Metamorphosis" was chosen by Entertainment Weekly as one of the five best episodes of the series. His episode of Gossip Girl "The Handmaiden's Tale" was chosen by Newsweek as one of the top 10 episodes of 2007. Outside of his directing career Norman has taught at the UCLA film school; as well as establishing the The Davyd Whaley Foundation in honor of his late husband; the foundation supports LA area artists through annual grants.
