Stocks were mixed Thursday with the Dow closing up about 7 points. Boeing shares lost another 1% a day after the U.S. grounded its 737 MAX airliners. Facebook shares dropped 2% as the company blamed Wednesday's widespread outage on a change to its servers. J.R. Whalen reports.
