Just Breathe

As we meditate today, we focus on the breath and the practice of breath retention. Take some space to settle into your body. Notice your breath. Then notice the spaces in between the breath. Are they long or short? Are they a natural pause or longer and fuller? As you start to deepen both sides of the breath to the lower belly in a beautiful balance, find your center and connect to your own intuition. It can be found in the spaces in between.
