18-04-2023 On Belonging and Belongings - 10 Minutes with Jesus
"The community of believers was of one heart and mind, and no one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they had everything in common." This description of the Church speaks to us of our mutual belonging to Christ. We belong together in the Church as members of the Body of Christ. This belonging frees us from attachment to our belongings. Because we are one in Christ, our private possessions and talents are generously used for the glory of God and in service to others.
