As humans, we have all been given a body so that we can have this earth life experience, and yet, most of us have lots of thoughts that make our body wrong. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Every thought you think is optional and the thoughts you think about your body are no exception. You can love your body! Without changing it at all! You just need to question the thoughts that make your body wrong and then purposefully choose how you want to think about your body.
