Being a human is incredibly challenging. But what makes things even harder is the nearly constant nagging and criticism that can come from our own brains. Many of us are especially harassed and bothered with the thought that we should be different—in. every. way. One of the gifts of coaching is being able to see that every one of these thoughts is optional and unnecessary. And when we stop believing them and stop thinking that we should be different, then we are free to be ourselves and heal the world in the way only we can.
